Cardio Kickboxing Class


Our Cardio Kickboxing class is a 45-minute intense sweat session, that combines cardio Boxing / kickboxing techniques and resistance training. Here you will be introduced to the fundamentals of punching, kicking, knees and push kicks in a safe contact free environment. If holding pads isn’t for you, and your looking for a fun, high energy, and social workout then we highly encourage taking our Cardio Kickboxing class.

This class will require the following: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, and water bottle.

We provide loaner gloves for your first class if you do not have them.

Inquire at our front desk and we will assist you with purchasing any of these items through our shop.
